Developers/Building Contractors may wish only to use the Pre-Demonstration Inspection report as part of their final build snag.
Estate Agents can take advantage of the Handover service available 6 days a week and out of office hours.
Landlords/Private Investors keen to reduce unnecessary "call out" charges can make use of the Home Demonstration and at the same time review or create an Inventory Listing.

Following initial Client needs evaluations and site visits the following procedure is generally adopted for Developers on new developments:

A "Clients' view" Inspection report fed back to  Construction via Developer

Developer serves 'Notice' to complete
Developer instructs JWS to contact client for Home Demonstration

Home Demonstration appointment booked and carried out
Home Owner manual issued where required
Certificates signed and copies returned to Developer

Legal completion by Developer's Solicitor
JWS advised to release keys

JWS confirms appointment with Client to finalise Handover 
Records meter reading and issues keys
 Certificates signed and copies returned to Developer
