Established
JWS Promotions & Services was created in August 2002 working with property developers regenerating brown field sites in the City of Birmingham.
The objective was to develop a cost saving, consistent handover process, flexible enough to adapt to varying client and project needs utilising experience gained over 15 years in a Sales & Customer Services environment.
Background
Change in attitude to Inner City living, the increased congestion and re-development of the City Centres has resulted in greatly increased demand for High Quality Inner City living.
Many developers do not offer Home Demonstrations.  Property Handovers are generally carried out by sales people who would rather be selling, or by build personnel with little understanding for Customer Service.
As a result many new residents are left feeling "cheated" (many questions and no answers) and this also reduces the chance of repeat business from key property investors in a competitive market.
Despite having a quality product, developers are losing out with high costs of belatedly putting wrongs right.
There is a real need to offer a more professional, consistent process to achieve a cost effective solution, more caring quality image and to get it right first time.
Service Aims
Provide consistent in depth Professional Inspections, Home Demonstrations, and Property Handovers.
Highlight Buyers/Tenants queries and "snags" before they inspect the property.
Allow Buyers the opportunity to raise "snags" and where possible have these rectified prior to completion.
Ensure Buyers/Tenants are given the chance to obtain a comprehensive review on all they expect and need to know about their new home and communal areas.
Issue at each stage of the process written confirmation of all points explained, providing reassurance to all parties.
Explain the necessary "Health & Safety" requirements.
Provide a cost effective service.
Current & Future
JWS covers the Midlands and will continue to develop already successful procedures with Clients in this region.
Services are regularly reviewed and adjusted with Clients to ensure communications are streamlined and become increasingly more effective.
This is through contact with other Key Developers, Private Investors, Estate Agents and Managing Agents not only within the City Centre areas, but further afield in smaller towns and more rural sites.
In an effort to remain ahead in the field new methods as well as technology are being sought to improve efficiency and ensure services offered fulfill today's ever changing Client and Market demands.
